1. They can urge their service provider to start providing services using the managed service model.

2. They can start implementing the principles of the managed service mode in their IT departments.

3. They can do both by selecting services that would work best with each approach.

Various industry studies estimate that in-house IT departments spend approximately 80% of their time and budgets running operations, which can be completely automated. They can spend their energy increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
