Overlooked Features On Unlocked Cell Phones

Everyone that uses Unlocked Cell Phones, or any mobile phone for that matter

, is likely not familiar with all of the features that are on it. There are some cool cell features that some people may have overlooked and are not familiar with. Some people have not familiarized themselves on how to press certain keys for certain functions. Some of these features can be very valuable if they only knew how to use them. Here are some of the overlooked features that anyone can learn:

Using the speed dial function and address book - So many people are used to dialing the seven digits plus the area code. They don't think about how the speed dial function can save them time and some finger work. With this function, you can select phone numbers from the call history and add them to the Unlocked Cell Phones or Nextel Cell Phones address book. Put the person's name or company name along with their phone number and store it. You can also use some of those same numbers and assign them to the speed dial list. When you are ready to contact someone from that list, you can press that number form the keypad and you will automatically connected to that number.

Most people are amateurs when it comes to taking pictures using the camera function on their phone. There may not be enough light or you don't get the entire subject. What you can do is make sure the subject is in full view of the camera.

If there is inadequate lighting, you will need to be in an area with more lighting. When you are taking pictures with a mobile device like Nextel Cell Phones, you will only have so much light. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have enough brightness in order for the photo to come out right. With a mobile device, including Unlocked Cell Phones, the subject should not be far away. This makes the picture blurry and you won't be able to see much of anything.

Battery power - Keeping the screen slightly dimmed can help you to save power on your battery. Of course, when it's dark you will need the screen to be bright so that you can see. However, during the day, the additional brightness was not needed.

You can also turn off the phone when you are not using it. Like all mobile devices, Nextel Cell Phones will use up battery power by just having it turned on. The battery absorbs the juice while you are talking. The more you talk on the phone, the quicker the juice will run out. So if you don't have to talk on the phone that much, keep it off until you are ready to use it.

People don't think about these things because either they don't know about them or they just don't pay attention. Now that you know these features are available, you should use them to your advantage.
