make sure that the shopping cart you are using, is PA-DSS verified and your web host must be PCI compliant. By this July every merchant with level 4 must be using a PCI compliant web host and using only DSS certified application regardless of their storing or processing of credit card data. But there is a way out if you are using third party services like Google checkout , Amazon payment or PayPal and you have no interaction of credit card on your web servers then you do not have to comply with these standards.
