POR 1.2.A FVG: the way the incentives for research and development for small and medium enterprises in the Friuli Venezia Giulia

With POR FVG Action 1.2.A, the Friuli Venezia Giulia stimulates industrial research and development projects and cooperation networks between enterprises and research laboratories designed to promote growth and competitive development of SMEs established, or at least a operating on the territory of Friuli.

Are promoted measures to reinforce the competitiveness of regional production system by providing incentives for research, innovation and technology transfer by identifying intervention programs in selected areas for innovation and technological frontiers, particularly for strategic regional industrial development.

To this end, the Region supports research projects and industrial development and cooperation networks between companies and research laboratories.

The incentives will be granted only in the form of grants for an amount not exceeding 70% of permitted investments.

The aid project may include research and industrial development - such as the development of industrial vision systems - including the possible use of research laboratories, and activities linked to it synergistically, as the Network of Cooperation.

The Region therefore promotes and encourages collaboration between Business and System Research - Universities, Research Centres, Science Parks - fostering cooperation and technology transfer processes in order to introduce innovation in SMEs and thus making them more competitive in their market reference.

Preclude the possibility of use of these funds will lead to the inevitable abandonment of regional competitive advantage necessary for growth and business development.

To this end, given the possible funding of expenditure, the opportunity is encouraged to contact companies that offer many years of research and engineering services outsourcing industry and the most qualified companies that provide a network of research laboratories highly qualified.

POR 1.2.A FVG: al via gli incentivi per ricerca e sviluppo a favore delle Piccole Medie Imprese del Friuli Venezia Giulia

Con il POR FVG azione 1.2.A, la Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia incentiva Progetti di Ricerca e Sviluppo Industriale e Reti di Cooperazione tra Imprese e Laboratori di Ricerca volti a favorire la crescita e lo sviluppo competitivo delle PMI aventi sede, o almeno un'unit operativa, sul territorio friulano.

Vengono promosse misure finalizzate a rafforzare la competitivit del sistema produttivo regionale attraverso l'incentivazione alla ricerca, all'innovazione e al trasferimento tecnologico, mediante l'individuazione di programmi di intervento in particolari settori dell'innovazione e relative frontiere tecnologiche, particolarmente strategiche per lo sviluppo industriale regionale.

A tal fine, la Regione finanzia progetti di ricerca e sviluppo industriale e reti di cooperazione tra imprese e laboratori di ricerca.

Le incentivazioni verranno concesse esclusivamente nella forma di contributi a fondo perduto, per un importo non superiore al 70% degli investimenti consentiti.

I progetti agevolabili possono riguardare attivit di ricerca e sviluppo industriale come ad esempio lo sviluppo di sistemi di visione industriale anche con l'eventuale ausilio di Laboratori di Ricerca, e attivit ad esso collegate sinergicamente, come i Network di Cooperazione.

La Regione promuove ed incentiva dunque la collaborazione tra Impresa e Sistema della Ricerca Universit, Centri di Ricerca, Parchi Scientifici sostenendo la cooperazione ed i processi di trasferimento tecnologico con lo scopo di introdurre innovazioni presso le PMI e renderle cos pi competitive nel loro mercato di riferimento.

Precludersi la possibilit di usufruire di questi fondi regionali comporter l'inevitabile rinuncia ad un vantaggio competitivo indispensabile per la crescita e lo sviluppo aziendale.

A tal fine, vista la possibile copertura finanziaria della spesa, viene favorita l'opportunit di rivolgersi a societ che gi da molti anni offrono Servizi di ricerca ed engineering in outsourcing alle pi qualificate aziende industriali e che mettono a disposizione un network di laboratori di ricerca altamente qualificati.
