Danny Granger scored 24 points and the Indiana Pacers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 100-89 on Tuesday night.

Granger got off to a slow start but scored 10 points in the second quarter as Indiana expanded an eight-point lead into a 62-37 margin at halftime.
