When traveling by car and have more than one licensed driver on board, it is a good idea to take turns driving. If you tend to drive to exhaustion, you'll be apt to fall asleep when in the passenger seat. This leaves the new driver without a companion to act as a second pair of eyes. When you feel very tired, you shouldn't drive. Instead, try switching drivers every two to three hours. This will keep you from getting over-tired on the road and putting you and your passengers at risk.
