To make the Paladins the ultimate hybrid, they carry heavy armors that are designed to withstand massive blows from their opponents. Being a defensive class arms them with talents that allow them to outlast their foes.
Following deep into the Fighter Paladin or Retribution talent tree will help enhance your fighter's ability to deal heavy damage on its opponents. Again, these fighting talents can be enhanced using the abilities from other talent trees.
{The Paladin as a Protector}
The Paladins seem to have been designed to be the protectors. But instead of just protecting the weak, the Paladins can do very well in tanking. This type of Paladins seem to have more tricks up their sleeves than first look would allow.
Paladins are capability of mitigating damage for all classes (an ability that is perhaps the forte of the Paladins and the Paladins alone), reduce damage and threats suffered by their allies, and of course healing capabilities for restoring allies.
