. Regarding Paleo diet ,there is a lot of paleo diet crticism you can read too.

However I find Paleo diet, quite unique because it is based on the diet of our ancestors.

Other diets mainly discourage large amounts of meat intake, or in some cases focus largely on fruits and vegetables. With paleo diet,its not the case always.

Paleo is short for a term called Paleolithic, which refers to the period in history known as the Stone Age.


Obviously, the Paleo diet takes the diet used by caveman in the past prior to agriculture or animal husbandry and applies it to modern-day foods.

In order to defend paleo diet criticsm, I always argue that the core principle of the Paleo Diet is that humans are genetically suited to eat the foods that our ancestors consumed.

The Paleo diet includes foods that have very high nutritional value, such as lean meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetable.

The diet also prohibits food ingredients that were created after the agriculture revolution, such as grains, dairy products, sugar, and salt because these products can lead to an increase in weight and a higher chance of developing health problems such as diabetes,etc.

It also has a large athlete following by paleo athletes because of its high paleo protein content. Some foods that are basic to the diet are meat, chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

While choosing which vegetables to eat,paleo diet encourage root vegetables, but you need to avoid potatoes and sweet potatoes. Paleo food items are healthy for you because they are free of additives, which are harmful to your health. This reason is a strong support to defend the paleo diet criticsm too.

Now that you understand the core subject, you may ask why you should adopt the Paleo diet. Well, there are several health benefits of following a Paleo diet. It can help you lose weight. As the Paleo diet is low in carbohydrates, so it automatically has a low caloric count.

and tend to minimise coronary heart disease conditions.

It is also naturally high in fiber, which lowers the risk of diabetes and coronary heart disease. Fiber also helps in weight loss purposes..

Also,the Paleo diet is naturally allergy free as it does not contain gluten,casein which provide causes of allergy in general.

Lastly, the Paleo diet do not contain additives such as sugar and salt, saturated fats, trans fats, or hydrogenated oils, all of which can lead to heart disease and other major health problems.

So what about paleo diet criticsm now! I think you now agree that paleo diet is healthy for your body.
