Drink loads and loads of water. If your body maintains and retains the moisture, you will have a low anxiety level. Taking in a healthy diet helps. Fried food, food with high fats, caffeine, alcohol and cigarettes should be avoided. Exercising daily shows reduced level of anxiety.

anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapy teaches a person to control the panic attacks. It helps in controlling it just as it begins. It teaches a person to face the fears and thus becoming strong enough to face them during the net attack.
Family therapy is another type of therapy. Your whole family is involved with you in that. When a person gets a panic attack, the family becomes considerate and supportive thus transferring strength to the patient to face his fears. He understands that whatever lies ahead of him, his family and loved ones are with him in it.
These therapies ensure that the intensity and the level of panic attacks reduce in a particular patient.
