There is precise integration of paper making and printing and bag paper is delivered with due printing if so desired. Besides this special steel gears are used for smooth running and greater durability of the machine.

Trouble free performance of the machine is possible through installation of special rollers and ball bearings. Simple mechanical brake helps continuous tension. Machine has the facility of side adjustment of 5 cm. Jumping rollers ensure smooth running of the machine. Machine is equipped with units such as paper unwinding unit with 5 cm side register unit, longitudinal gumming unit, bottom cutting, folding and pasting and delivery table. All papers are arranged in most accessible way thus making operation and adjustment very simple and quick so that even an unskilled labour can easily operate the machine. The change of size is very easy and can be done in a few minutes time. The machine is supplied with one size plate and one size gears to manufacture one size of paper bag. Machine can be provided with different size plates & size gears for flat and satchel bags are available at an extra cost. The desired size of a bag is obtained by fixing the specific size of plate and gear wheel.
