There are plenty of things that we could do with paper. Whether for school, office or for personal use, paper has always played a significant part in our lives. It has always been one of the must-haves that we should always have with us wherever we go. Have you ever tried going out without any piece of paper on hand, how inconvenient was that? I bet you suffered the agony of painstakingly looking for a tiny piece of paper to write your important notes and memo for that specific time.

Paper moves mountains. In the corporate word, paper plays an integral part to their businesses. Almost all kinds of industry all around the world use paper. It is one important thing that a business could not function without. Could you imagine marketing your products or services without using paper? How about doing your accounting task, again, without using a single piece of paper? Do you think it would be manageable that way?

In the same way, paper could also move people. It is through the arts and crafts project that special people in our lives made especially for us that we are often touched and felt that we are truly loved and special. One of the most basic arts and crafts projects that could express our feelings or affection is card making.

For some people, they don't like the idea of card making because they see it as very stressful and toxic to do. Some would even say, "Why bother? I am not that creative anyway!" People thinks card making is a total waste of time and it is wiser if you would just buy a ready-made card at the book stores and write a personal message in it. Perhaps it is the traumatic experience that they had in school when they were asked to make a card should be blamed, but then again, we should also consider that things are quite different right now and we should give card making a try.

Paper is one of the most essential components in a card making activity. More often, it is even through paper that we could come up with a beautiful handmade card. We should take extra precaution in choosing the kind of paper for our card making project. There are different types of paper available in the market.

The specialty ones could be more expensive than the others, but if you would just think of it. Buying a 10 pieces paper could be more inexpensive as compared to buying a ready-made card since these papers could be used to make as much cards as we can. We could make not only 10 cards but more, if we would just learn to use it wisely and creatively. There are many things that we could do with these expensive, high-quality and specialized cards.
