But the expectations of those doing business online spill over into physical events which can really pile on the pressure if you dont know what youre doing or if you come across an unexpected obstacle.
Courier companies have long since realised that they have a huge amount of influence over the way we buy and smart e-commerce sites have got couriers on board to ensure that theyre offering the most competitive delivery options. The same goes for trade shows as exhibitors respond to increasing demand for instant delivery of items ordered, whether theyre samples, small numbers for trials or items bought in bulk. These exhibitors know that if they dont provide rapid delivery then buyers will look to spend their money elsewhere. Speed is paramount but companies must also realise that this mustnt be at the expense of quality and customer service; consumers expect the full package at a reasonable price because they know they can get it.
