Past Life Regression From A Certified Hypnotherapist - Belief Is Not A Requirement

Past life regression may seem a bit unbelievable

. However, many people find that

relaxation and helps them open their subconscious. The idea is that they can

then experience memories from former lives. With this form of therapy, pain and

social stratum. All of this convinces them they are looking at a former life.

Past life regression is a tool many use to work through things in their life.

Very often understanding the roots of a phobia, illness, accident, is very

helpful. Typically the subject is advised not to re-experience traumatic events,

but to observe them from above. The function of the whole experience is to heal.

A certified hypnotherapist will help the client identify blockages that the

client might have and give them suggestions to help them move forward. Belief in

past lives is not required. It may or may not be. However, it is a way to

identify that, which is causing problems in the present.
