Pat and Tyrone's Niche Website Money Making Challenge
A few weeks back I sent a message to Pat Flynn from Smart Passive Income via FaceBook and asked him if he would be interested in doing a niche passive income challenge. (Pat was already starting to create passive income from niche websites, so I thought how about making this into a game).Our goal is to have these niche websites set up and purely designed to make passive income.
Both Pat and I have had a little discussion behind the scene, just a chat to find out exactly what kind of guidelines and strategies were going to implement as well. So, what Im going to show you right now is firstly, how are we going to implement this, what were going to provide for you so that youll see behind the scenes kind of things, and then lastly, what are the results thats going to be as well. So the first thing is the guidelines.
Starting From Scratch
Theres pretty much no colons in place to be honest, theres only one thing that were going to test it by its that were not going to use advertising, paid advertising to generate traffic, anything else were just going to implement our strategies that we know of, on how to implement niche websites or create niche websites and profit from them. So it could be anything from starting on generating traffic from Google search engines, we could use it from generating traffic from posting ads at the University, things like that. Were going to be as creative as possible.
Setting Things Up -- Search For Hot Markets Online
So basically thats what our strategy and technical guidelines are. As long as we just put things up that are not going to require us to spend any money on paid advertising, and were going to generate organically and traffic free from the search engines. Thats what were going to be doing. So thats the first thing.
The second thing is the strategy: how are we going to do this? And, what were going to do? Well, both Pat and I have slightly different strategy which if you hop onto his blog, Pats going to explain to you his strategy so Ill save that for him and to find out more about it, just simply go to SmartPassiveIncome.com and youll see right on his blog exactly how hes going to implement it.
Whereas, Im going to share with you my strategy right now which is the exciting part because its slightly different to Pat, but essentially were going to try to achieve the same goal which is to achieve passive income from niche marketing website. All right so, first things first. What I planned to do is that Im going to be doing some niche research and certain markets and then from there, Im going to be selecting some affiliate products to promote. So thats the first aspect.
Second Aspect: Have My Team In Place To Do The Niche Websites
The second aspect is Im going to go ahead and build a WordPress website and from that WordPress website, Im going to drive plenty of traffic in that particular niche to the website. And, Im going to build a database from this so Im going to get them to opt-in and once theyve opt-in, they have to go through our follow-up process where over four to five emails or so, Ill be giving them plenty information about that particular niche. From there onwards, Im going to promote to them the affiliate products that Ive selected and chosen. And then hopefully by then Ive built up relationship with them, theyll be interested in buying.
Thats basically the whole concept and strategy behind it. How Im going to promote and get traffic through there is something that Im going to be testing and playing around with and Ill share with you intermediate results and also what Im planning to do over the next few weeks. This is going to probably happen over a period 6 to 12 months that were going to be doing this little challenge over and every month were going to provide you an update of what our results are, how much were earning, what kind of traffic were getting, our strategies, whats working, whats not working, etc. So thats basically how were going to go and play around with this challenge.
What Can You Expect From This Challenge?
At the end of this challenge which we have yet to decide what the price is, were going to probably also want to encourage you to follow us and keep us accountable. Thats really the reason why we want to do this little challenge is to share with you exactly what were doing, how were doing and be as transparent as possible. And, were going to even tell you the niche that were going to get into. So, this I hope would be able to benefit for you and also at the same time, well make some money along the side as well so its a bit of fun.
So thats basically what I wanted to share with you today. Im really excited as you can probably see, and Im going to get started very soon. One other thing thats going to makeor biggest difference between Pat and myself is that Im going to be using or staff to be able to implement these niche sites.
From the start of creating a WordPress blog, to writing articles and those kind of things whereas Pat has informed me that hes just going to do it himself. I think were going to see some interesting results from that and well really see what happens. But I just want to give audiences like yourself, you particularly the viewer to be able to see what kind of results we can achieve with different things.
