Paul Biane Made Significant Efforts Towards the Safety of the Residents

Paul Biane is the present Chairman of the Inland Empire Economic Recovery Corporation and is working hard to create a safe and secure living for the residents. He served as Rancho Cucamonga City Councilman for eight years before electing to San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors in November, 2002. From 2004-2006, he held the position of Vice Chairman and from 2006-2008, he was elected to the post of Chairman for the Board of Supervisors. Paul Biane, Supervisor left no stone unturned towards the development of the Second District. He took strict measures towards law enforcement and supported the innovative ICE law enforcement program. This program is aimed to identify the illegal aliens in the county jails and these criminals are deported after their jail sentences are finished.

Paul Biane made various effective efforts to improve the safety of the Second District which includes the cities of Rancho, Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana and the unincorporated areas of Mt. Baldy, Lytle Creek, Devore, San Antonio Heights, and Crestline communities. New fire stations were built under his supervision, to provide protection against wildfires to the residents. Paul Biane, Supervisor increased the number of Deputy Sheriffs and has also secured funds to build a new Sheriff's station in the North End of Rancho Cucamonga.

Paul Biane as a member of the Southern California Water Committee is working hard to protect the water supplies in the area. He made significant improvements to historic structures in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Crestline. Paul Biane paid due consideration towards the improvement of the existing libraries and also secured funds to build state-of-the-art new Community Libraries in Fontana, Crestline and Rancho Cucamonga. Paul Biane grew up in Alta Loma and graduated from Damien High School. He received his business degree from the University of San Diego. He is now Second District Supervisor.
