Also for Pell Grant Eligibility, you must be enrolled in a programme that will lead directly to a certificate, diploma, or degree at any institution eligible to participate in the Pell Grant program, and maintain adequate educational progress as outlined by the grant program. You must also sign a statement indicating you're not in default on a Fed. loan, and that the financial help will be used just for instructional purposes. Eventually, you must not have been convicted for the possession or sale of illegal drugs while receiving federal financial support.
