On 07 July 2008, UNESCO World Heritage had declared Penang capital George Town as a World Heritage Site of its unique shop houses architectural, townscape and multicultural living heritage. Variety cultural, people and building architecture in Penang is the greatest religions and cultures met.

Heritage Buildings :

1.1886 Building

-The 1886 building located at Beach Street is perhaps the oldest commercial building that has preserved its original appearance. It used as an up market emporium; one of the first in George Town to be owned by non-whites since few decade ago. Today, Up market occupied by shops and offices.

There is a old and beauty French windows that open out to cast iron balconies. On Top of the building is a ventilated fortifications wall and cornice. Dr.Sun Yat Sen Museum

2.Penang Birch House

-Birch House was built at year 1908. The name is taken from name Sir Ernest Woodford Birch, the Perak British Resident, who was developed the tin smelting works in Penang.

Nowadays, this plant had conversed to developer company called Ivory properties Sdn. Bhd.

3. Blue Mansion

-This blue mansion received Unesco Asia Pacific Heritage Award year 2000 because of it's highly structure pillars and inner courtyard. This building was build according to perfect feng shui specifications. This house was former home of tycoon Cheong Fatt Tze. Specific of building:
