Perfect Zest

It is quite obvious that without a sound physique we can never enjoy Happiness

. Now the question is how to have a sound physique. I have a body and hence I am a happy human being can never be the ultimate answer. You have the right to be a man but can not have the right to Target Happiness. The way to Happiness is hard to follow hence the despair and unhappiness prevail in life. To enjoy Happiness we must have sound body that has enough fire within it. We must have a mind bubbling with mirth and joyousness all the time. How can we have such a mind? We have to work hard and do whatever we do with a passionate heart and Perfect Zest.

Have you ever been to a village? Watch the people there. How jovial, jocund they are. All day long they work in the field or do something shedding sweat from their brows and in the evening gather in a place enjoying themselves in various ways. Though modernity is gradually grab them they are still the children ofnature who has never hesitated to show them the Way to Happiness.They may not be properly educated but they know how to squeeze Happiness from life with Perfect Zest.Laboring all day long when they enjoy a sound sleep you can't but envy them. You have to beckon sleep with he bait of Tranquilizer but these rural people need no sleeping pill Happiness lulls them to sleep.

The more we are scaling the peak of Technical Progress the more we are deprived of Happiness.Gadgets are at hand. We can do everything without moving an inch. We can never have to be perspired. Sitting in the cold room we can do whatever we like. Still we fail to find the Way to Happiness.It remains elusive to us forever.I am not exaggerating . Just look at the medical statistics and then finalize if I am wrong. Most of the so called Enlightened people suffer from various ailments ranging from head to foot. Besides the flow of patients in the chambers of Psychiatrists is sure to make you frown. Are these the outcomes of Happiness? So long we are not engaged in physical labor with Perfect Zest we have to be deprived of Target Happiness. And the Way to Happiness would remain nothing but a dream.
