If the corrupt Deleted Items.dbx folder doesnt comprise of any important email messages, then you can delete it or can rename it and repair it. To do so, follow the steps given below:

1.Quit Outlook Express

2.Click Start > Search or Find > All Files and Folders and type deleted items.dbx in the search box and search the file

3.Right-click the file and click Rename or Delete. Type deleted items1.dbx to search the file

4.Restart Outlook Express
