The inclusion of the BOSU with the different workouts that Martina will design for
each of the clients will improve not only the balance and strength of the body, but the muscles will get leaner and gain more mass while the cardiovascular exercises will increase the burning of calories and fats. So no matter what type of sports the client is involved in, tennis, football, basketball, or even golf, the training and the BOSU will only improve on their sports abilities and performance.
