Parallels is a global company dedicated to deliver business solutions to their clients. What started out as a vision eventually turned into the worlds leading enabler of cloud services. And the man behind the companys strong finances is no other than its CFO and COO, Peter Bauert.

Peter Bauert has an impressive track record that sure makes him the man for the job. At a young age, he had already exhibited potential when it comes to business and computer engineering. He first took up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After graduation, he finished his Masters in Computer Engineering from University of Central Florida. He also finished his Masters Degree in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar. Before joining Parallels, he worked as Executive Vice President for Strategy and Operations at Fast Search & Transfer (FAST). FAST was acquired by Microsoft for $1.2 billion. Many believe that Bauerts strategies that led to the growth of the company led to this successful acquisition. Bauert also held executive positions at various young technology companies like SalesDriver (sold to Carlson) and Cybergold (sold to MyPoints).

Today, Peter Bauert is responsible for the finances and administrative aspects of Parallels. His main task is to make sure that the company is solvent and profitable. At the same times, he takes the necessary measures to ensure that Parallels does not only keep up with its competitors but remain ahead of the game. Furthermore, he strengthens the company by making sure that the specialists and other workers are in a work-friendly environment. This ensures that inspiration and dedication can lead to the innovative products that the company is known for.
