Buying a car for your son or daughter can be a fraught process: they want something

that looks great and goes as fast as possible, whilst you want something that looks safe and goes as slow as possible. Indeed, although it is easy to imagine that something as quotidian as the style, colour and design of car wheels will not easily be noticed, the impression it makes on the overall look of a car is considerable.

Wheel trims need not be expensive and can easily be fitted by anyone with a minimal level of DIY expertise. The procedure takes a matter of minutes and the effect it has is instantaneous. Indeed, once you have changed the wheel trim, chances are you will also want to start improving a few other areas. New wing mirrors are also a great way to update the aesthetic of an older car, and they can be bought for a wide number of makes and models, in styles and designs that can either contrast with or complement your vehicle.

On the interior, the options for improvement and modification are almost as limitless as your imagination. Accessories and modifications range from steering wheel covers, to new car seats and even fascia covers, to give the impression that you have got a new dashboard.
