Pictures From A Digital Camera - How To Use Them.

Now-a-days Digital Cameras are very ubiquitous! You will find them everywhere from

marriages to Birthday parties, from tourist destinations to funerals!

Millions of people the world over are taking pictures from their Digital cameras. But where do these photos (or as they are fondly called memories) end up? Well the answer is, either on the Hard-drive of some PC, or on Social Networking websites. Sometimes they remain on the Memory card of the camera, until someone accidentally deletes them.

Until today, these photos have been little more than eye-candy. But thanks to a new & unique concept, you can now bring your memories alive & livid again. The concept is Photo Blinds. The makers of Photo blinds offer customized & personalized blinds.

All you have to do is submit a high resolution image. Most digital cameras today are capable of taking images at resolution of 5MP or higher. These images are applied on the roller blinds or any other blinds of your choice. What you ultimately get is Blinds are fully tailored to your personality.

No more dull & drab patterns, no more standard shades to choose from. Photo blinds can vary in size. They can be fitted in any situation standard blinds can fit. Hence you need not worry about wrong fit, mismatch or anything of that sort.

There are certain ideas and precautions though that will help you get the best of the Photos:

1) Half-Press the Shutter Button:

Surprisingly, not many people know about this! Almost all digital cameras sold today have this mechanism to allow the lens to auto-focus. The lens in todays digital camera can self-adjust to increase focus & get in sharper images to avoid blurring effect. Though blurring effect is good, it is to be avoided on the subject being photographed.

Hence always feel the shutter button. Press is very gently & you will surely feel the lens adjusting even before you pressed the button down fully. You will be amazed at the results!

2) Use the flash even in sun light:

While this may seem silly, in reality flash can help balance out the light on the subject. Many a times, you have so much sunlight that appears to over-shadow the person or subject being photographs & the photos appears over saturated with surrounding light. Using flash, throws light on the subject & illuminates him / her.

3) Use Mega Pixel sparingly:

Many cameras today come with Mega Pixel rating of 10, 12, 14 or even more. While the high Mega Pixel is important to increase resolution, it is not important for candid shots. Hence, there is no need to keep the setting of Mega Pixel at its highest. Keep it @ 3-5 Mega Pixel to get great shots which can be easily blown up for these Photo Blinds without any noticeable pixilation.

These tips will not only help you for making your own customized Photo blinds, but also for general photo taking.
