Equipment includes Pilates Reformers class, towers, the trapeze, chairs, barrels and other props which will become familiar to you as you discover the power of Pilates to change your life.
The Reformer apparatus, by Balanced Body, is primarily used in training. It is both fun and interesting to use, and yields good results. Qualified instructors will instruct you in its use and help you to develop exercises which will bring your body to its physical peak. Weight loss and toning are secondary benefits as you bring your core muscles into balance and efficiency of motion.
