Spain is a heaven for tourists. It is known for its stunningly beautiful environment, great sea, tall mountains, great rivers and it is most ideally suited for a quiet and enjoyable holiday in a most healthy environment. Just imagine a place which is said to be a city which has Europes best climate. Certainly that place is nothing short of heaven. Torrox is one such place which is considered to be having the best climate in Europe. The mountains Sierra Tejeda and Sierra Almigara and the coastal area of Torrox are other most preferred areas for a holiday. These places are considered to be the most favorite tourist spots of Spain. They are known for their unparalleled natural beauty.

The Torrox Pueblo (the village) has many places of interest for the tourist to operate.

In the first place is the village; the narrow cobbled roads with beautifully whitewashed houses and a quiet environment are something to be felt rather than explained. The tourism has little or no effect on the life of the people and it has not made any change in the life of the people in the village. One will certainly fall in love with this tiny village because it is so beautiful.

Iglesia Church is one of the places of interest for tourists. This church is popular for its beautiful architecture. The other place of interest is the 19th century building called the Casa de Culture which now houses the mint and the customs house. Although entry to these buildings is restricted, one can have a view of these buildings from a particular distance.

On the other hand the costal area of Torrox (Torrox Costa) has many things to offer the tourists. The beautiful lighthouse and separate area for pedestrians which is dotted with many apartments and villas with bars and cafs running alongside make the tourist feel most comfortable. The beach is simply beautiful with avenues for a tourist to enjoy like water sports.

The stay on the mountain provides the tourist with great experience. Rare species of trees and plants are found here. The view of the sea and the village below from the top of the mountain is something stunningly beautiful. The mountains have sheltered some villages. These villages have some villas where the tourists can have a comfortable stay. Rarest rock formations and landscapes are the other features of the mountains in Torrox.
