Building a compelling blog provides you with a landing page where you can direct

all the traffic that you are generating with the intention of capturing that internet traffic's personal contact information and most importantly their email address. Remember, the money is in the list.

You can use viral marketing, social marketing, including but not limited to blog and forum posting, to generate traffic to your mini site to provide you with the traffic you need to be successful.

Once you have a working mini-site that is generating emails that you should duplicate that formula to create even more mini-sites to generate even more emails. A key tip to remember here is that you should take the time to include in your blog posts "link backs" to your other blogs. For example, if you have a blog about generating the capital you need to do your real estate deals, you might want to include a post on how to stay compliant with the law and have a "link-back" to your other mini-site/Blog that you created discussing that topic and vice versa.

Once you are generating the traffic and gathering the emails you want to make sure that you have an auto responder capable of handling the traffic and of course the capability to do everything that you want it to do. Remember what we said, you need a system that is "scalable" to your needs. Taking the time to do the research to make sure you have the right auto responder and an auto responder that you can learn how to use is critical to your success.

Once you have an auto responder you need to create your "email campaign." This in essence is going to be your long term sales copy. In other words, you want to make sure that you develop a campaign where you can maintain contact with your readers over a long period of time so that you can build a relationship and trust so that you can insert product promotions when the time is right.

The true success in internet marketing is repeat customers. Repeat customers are 10 times more likely to buy from you and will routinely spend more money than first time customers. You have to work less and you earn more when you are dealing with repeat customers. This is most apparent with the proper sales anatomy of the up-sell. Remember always to follow the proven steps of a sale.

The keys to success are no mystery. Have a plan; make sure the plan works by making adjustments as needed. Once you have a proven plan that works follow that proven successful plan and just repeat the process. The power of compounding will take care of the rest.

It is a simple matter of numbers. If you have one site that generates 100 leads a month and out of those 100 leads you get 3 sales then you know that if you follow the formula to build 10 more sites just like it, with the follow on sales process, you will have 30 sales a month.
