It is typically a standard CR80 size card that has off line accounting capabilities e.g. mileage recording or merchandise purchases and often used as a retail frequent user card offering promotional benefits.

-Discount Card.

That offers special discount on the specific amount of purchased products

-Hotel Key Card.

These cards are mostly used for unlocking hotel rooms and suites.

-Smart Card.

These cards are offered by banks or are mostly inserted in a product to catch signals.

All the types stated above can be selected with respect to its usage. These cards also come in a wide variety of designs and colors. Also by selecting the proper design and color combination they can be made more attractive for the clients so as to increase the customer ship of the company.

Many printing companies even offer design templates to make the selection easier and are available online as well .The most common designs include the foster card, translucent card, clear card and the gold/silver card. The edges of the card (mainly being sharp, round, one sharp corner with three round corners) also add beauty to the card outlook.

Also the card must not be over crowded with the irrelevant details and the content printed on it including the color combination and design must give a very complete and professional look.
