If you want to cook something which is easy, tasty and healthy then nothing can said to be better than egg made food. Here are some easy but tasty egg recipes:

Recipe-1:

Egg noodle Recipes

Ingredients

1 pk Egg noodles, 8 oz.

1 lg Onion, chopped fine

1 cn Corned beef

1 cn Cream of mushroom soup

1 cn Milk

1 lb Velveeta cheese

Cooking Method

Cook the noodles; drain. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Break up corned

beef in fine pieces. Sprinkle onion on. Cut up the cheese into chunks.

Spread all around. Spoon soup out in several piles. Pour can full of milk

over everything. Mix together and bake at 275 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes

or until cheese is melted.

Recipe-2:

Breakfast egg Recipes

Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

One 10-1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup

3/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp prepared mustard

6 slices buttered French bread, 1/2 inch thick

Cooking Method

Reserve 6 egg slices for garnish. Place remaining egg slices in bottom of baking dish or 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle eggs with shredded cheese. In a saucepan, mix soup, milk and mustard, heat, stirring until smooth. Pour sauce over eggs, being sure some sauce goes to bottom of dish.

Place buttered bread slices on top, overlapping slightly.

Bake at 350 degrees until heated through about 35 minutes.

Garnish with reserved egg slices. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

Serves 6

Recipe-3:

Pickled egg Recipes

Ingredients

4 cups cider vinegar

1 cup water

3 bay leaves

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp pickling spice

2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp parsley flakes

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1 tbs salt

4 tbs hot pepper sauce

1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled

Cooking Method

Bring vinegar and water to boil in saucepan. Cool. Add remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate 24 to 36 hours. Keeps up to 3 weeks refrigerated. Makes 1 dozen eggs. * Any kind of hot pepper sauce can be used, depending on taste. Additional eggs can be aded to brine.
