Playa Del Carmen Real Estate Spotlight: Playacar, Classic Elegance
Within the vast selection of excellent Mexico MLS listed properties
, sometimes a little focus helps us to determine exactly what we are looking for, and how to tell which of the many options is the best for us.
The community called PlayaCar one example of a "spotlight" neighborhood in
Playa del Carmen Real Estate. This community provides a luxury-level lifestyle in a very safe, private community near the heart of Playa del Carmen.
PlayaCar is divided into two phases; Phase 1, which is along the beachfront, and includes the community's hotel area, and Phase 2, which is centered around the golf club, including both luxury single family homes and elegant condos.
Playa del Carmen MLS listings will show a good variety of properties, also including residential land.
Phase 1, is, of course, the more expensive of the two, being directly on the beachfront. A home in this area will sell starting around $750,000 U.S. But the price is well worth it. From here, residents are only a short drive or even walk away from Playa del Carmen's famous Fifth Avenue with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, an elegant little plaza called "Paseo del Carmen," the town's central beachfront, and are directly on PlayaCar's own wide, beautiful beachfront with the Caribbean's famous turquoise waters.
Phase 2 is more affordable, but still provides a very high quality lifestyle, and fairly close access to the same benefits, not to mention direct access to it's own golf course. At the north entrance to Phase 2 is the same entrance to Phase 1 just about 2 blocks from the very heart of downtown. At the west entrance, on the highway, there is a Sam's and a shopping mall with several large stores and a new large screen theater, which plays movies in English. Here, homes can be found for considerably less than in Phase 1, and a simple, but elegant condo can be found for as low as $125,000. Of course, high level luxury is also available.
PlayaCar is this city's classic and original upscale neighborhood; it is beautiful, with tree-lined roads, and a bike trail running through the length of it, which connects to another bike trail down town. There is a bird sanctuary and a couple of ancient Mayan ruin sites, from the original Mayan town, called Xaman Ha, and a few little stores for convenience. Life in PlayaCar is pleasant, relaxing and safe.
If this lifestyle sounds appealing to you, take a look at Playa del Carmen MLS listings for a home or condo here, and explore other neighborhood possibilities. Then ask a reliable, experienced agent to help you find the one just right for you.
