Pole Dancing is a Fun way to Keep Fit
Many women envision pole dancers as slutty, disgusting
, drug-taking people. This is not, however, the case. Women should start to think about pole dancing as a form of fitness if they want a fun, entertaining, and tough workout.
Studios have been popping up around my city and across the country, allowing women to use pole dancing as a way to get in shape and please their men. Many of the classes concentrate of being a strong, self-confident woman. They are not about preparing to work at a strip club. Men are typically not allowed, so females can feel safe while showing off their bodies. I have seen ladies of all sizes, always feeling good about themselves. These classes increase confidence and are a great time for girls to just get together and laugh.
Above all, they are a great form of fitness. Spinning classes, jogging, and lift weights can be boring for most people. Pole dancing provides the benefits of aerobic and strength workouts together, without the boredom and monotony. Classes help build your core, while also uses leg and arm muscles.
Classes can run from a half hour to almost two hours, but the time passes by quickly. There are a wide variety of pole dancing classes available. There are several different levels or pole classes, including advanced lessons with a spinning pole. Flexibility, strength, and balance are all needed while spinning, climbing and hanging from the pole. Other classes available are booty shaking, lap dancing, and pleasing your man. There is something for just about everyone.
Most of the instructors that I have met concentrate of creating a safe and productive workout. They want to make all the students comfortable about their surroundings and themselves. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. I find that the other class takers are always encouraging, cheering on others and helping out when they can. I have never seen anyone not fit in to a class.
Women typically wear high heels, with gym shorts and a shirt. There is no nudity and no inappropriate behavior. Everyone is properly dressed to their comfort. You won't see people running around in thongs and no tops, or even very skimpy clothing. You will feel like you belong there. Pole dancing may have a bad stereotype, but pole dancing as a form of fitness is something that all women should try. They will quickly see results all over their body and may also see benefits in bed.
Whether you are doing it for yourself, or for your man, check it out and see how fun it can be. It's not dirty and disgusting like you see in the movies. Everyone can do it, and I'll repeat again, it's a safe environment with no men allowed.
