New York


New York is naturally the most popular Christmas destination for most people. The main attraction in this city is the lighting of the tallest Christmas tree in the world, the Rockefeller tree. Other attractions to look out for include the annual musical stage show called the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the skiing at Central Park. You are sure to be in awe of the spectacular window displays at departmental stores and the life-sized toys for sale at FAO Schwartz. A visit to the wonderful Santaland at Macys is a must as is shopping at the Pond at Bryant Park.


Boston

Austin in Texas offers a brilliant display of lights at the mile long strip called the Trail of Lights, which includes a Santas house, Yule Log and the traditional Zilker Tree. This tree is a spiral of colourful lights, more than 150 feet tall and quite wide.


San Antonio


San Antonio offers you a spectacular sight of brilliantly lit trees along the shores of the Riverwalk. You can also get a chance to visit amazing, old cathedrals like the San Fernando Cathedral.


Santa Cruz


In Santa Cruz, you can see Santa appearing on a surfing board, have a wonderful shopping experience at the beautiful Pacific Garden Mall, or even visit the huge yet peaceful U.C. Santa Cruz Campus and spend some time among the famous redwood trees.
