There are options to pay for monthly or weekly food, and people report a lot of success with the plan.
Slim Fast: This loss weight program uses supplemental milkshakes twice a day along with one healthy meal, a snack and exercise to promote weight loss. Shakes come in a variety of flavors and are usually used for breakfast and lunch. Slim Fast also offers its own brand of snacks and a website with advice and recipes.
The Zone: This plan relies on using a percentage model to lose weight. Dieters are encouraged to eat 40 % of their calories from protein, 30 % from carbs and 30 % from fat. This diet teaches the body to burn sugar and fat, rather than store it.
South Beach Diet: A low carb, high protein diet, this loss weight program is popular with many. There is a two week period where dieters are restricted to higher protein foods and must limit carbs and fats. After the two week phase dieters can add some carbs back in, but must still watch the amount they consume.
Weight loss pills: Pills may over the counter, prescription or made from natural supplements but all pills are geared towards suppressing the appetite and increasing metabolism-two necessary components to weight loss.
