Posters On Fundamental Rights Of Workers

Like employers, employees too have a right to work in places where their dignity

, pride and interest are lawfully protected. But these wishes of employees can be crushed by exploiting employers who wish to cheat their labors on their rightful demands and humiliate their dignity as respectful workers. To save the society from this malice of rich class, the Government has introduced posters which will guide and inform these workers, that they too, have their fundamental rights, to protest against all wrongs and raise their voices. These posters are called Labor Law poster.

Labor law posters are mandatory part of any business having its operation under the Government, and having two or more employees in their offices. The employers need to display these posters in front of employees so that they can refer on any matter related to minimum wages, working hours, overtime, leave policy, insurance policy, and discrimination among employees on gender, age, caste, religion or nationality, equal opportunity of employment and many others. If the workers are victimized, or they come to know about such incident, they can inform the government agencies, who take severe actions against the law- breakers. It is however the duty of the employer to have different language poster, if the company has multi-linguistic people. And also they should keep an eye on government websites as the labor laws goes through several amendments, and its their duty to display the correct poster. It should be mentioned that violating these laws can lead to severe punishments and heavy cash fines, if revealed at the time of inspection.

This safety poster helps in guiding the workers on health and safety which is a primary for every US organization. These posters are guidelines on fire safety, first aid policies, injuries, drug abuse, violence and other factors. They guide on principles of keeping the workplace clean and this helps the employer too. The posters also states the obligations of workers, thus it absolutely becomes impossible for the workers to have unnecessary demands, which also benefice the employers. Thus the Labor Law posters are a mandate from the Government for the better society.
