Diseases caused by the misconceptions

Unfortunately, nowadays young people often have diseases which could be prevented. It is characteristic of youth to take their health for granted. Some young people not only do not take care of their health but gradually ruin it choosing the wrong lifestyle. The sleepless nights and drinking too much coffee may have no immediate results. But every action has its effect on the persons health.

The first hazard of cramming for the exam overnight is the overwork of the organism, which may result in

cardiac insufficiency;

disorders of the immune system;

weak sight.

It is very important to have a good night rest before the exam morning. Drinking too much coffee is as senseless and hazardous as taking sedative drugs. Coupled by the overwork of the organism this may result in

nervous breakdown;
