1) Rule number 1: Don't rub the acne affected area with anything
Acne pimples and pustules contain liquid materials and pus inside of them.
If you rub the acne affected area on your skin with anything then the pimples/pustules may break and the liquid or pus inside of them may come outside. If this happens then wounds will be created on that area and acne scars will be created.
If scars are not created then the material inside of the pimples/pustules will at least create clearly visible acne marks on your face.
For this reason don't rub the acne affected area on your skin with anything and especially with your finger nails. Rubbing the area with finger nails which contain dust will create more scars. Therefore, don't do it.
2) Rule number 2: Don't squeeze acne pimples and acne pustules
When pimples and pustules are created on skin they don't take a harder form at once. Rather they stay in soft form for a few days. The number of days may vary.
As days are passed, the pus and liquid materials start to become dry and take harder forms. Then they stay in that harder form for a few more days (1 or 2 days maybe).Then they become more dry and taken off from the skin naturally.
But if anyone becomes impatience during this time and squeeze the pustules, then the semi hard pustules are broken or the liquid gets out completely.
As time passes the remaining parts of the pustules go away but leave deeper holes and lower areas on our skin.
In case of pimples, enough squeezing will let out the liquid inside of them. As a result, deeper scars will be created compared to rubbing.
These two rules are very easy to follow. You just have to closely observe your desire to rub or squeeze the acne pimples and pustules.
People are always tempted to squeeze or rub the acne affected area because of itch, discomfort or sometimes for the pain also. But for the future benefits you must say "No" to your temptation. By following these simple two rules you will be able to reduce your future acne scars on face magically.
The scars which are created already need to be treated. There is no alternative to that. But preventing scars, which will be visible on your face in future is at your hand.
