Printer Troubleshooting Can Be Quick and Effective Too!
Last Saturday was a working day for me. It was a complete battle scenario. We were all working hard to close our project at the end of the month. All of a sudden our manager called for a meeting, armed with our individual production record-print outs. I was in a worse situation as I had a lot of back log. But there was no option, as I had only 30 minutes before the inevitable. I gathered the courage to face the situation.
I shut my eyes and pressed the Print option on the excel sheet to generate a print-out of the November month productivity. The print was coming with a ghost image of the entire excel sheet. I tried to fix it as much as I could, but to no use. I called up my colleague; he too tried his best and then suggested a remote support provider. He dialed the number for me and I was instantly connected to a technician. The person on the other side took some details and started troubleshooting the printer. He instructed me to insert the printer CD and then installed the software through remote support. He configured the printer settings and asked me to put a paper in the tray and I did. The next moment I took a sigh of relief as the test-print was even better than what I used to get in the past. The troubleshooting was finished in less than 15 minutes. I was relieved and collected the record that I needed. Thank God! The end was not as bad as I had expected.
