Procedure To Create An Email Forwarder In Cpanel?

. Each domain typically provides you with an email, and if you have three or four domains to manage, it can get pretty overwhelming. You can use cPanel to create an easy to use email forwarder to make sure that the emails from all your separate addresses will be forwarded to one master email address, making it much easier because you only need to check one email account. This is an ideal way to save time and simplify your business procedures. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to delete the emails from both the master account and the forwarded account.

It's extremely easy to set all this up with cPanel. This gadget is a browser control panel that allows to doing the whole process in just a few simple steps. First, you need to log into your cPanel account, or if you don't have one you will need to create one. Go into the mail section and click on the tab that says Forwarders. In the next section you will have the option to add different forwarders, so click where it says add Forwarder.

At the top of the screen it says Address to forward, followed by two input boxes. In the first box you will put the part of the email address before the @ sign. The second box is a drop down box with a list of domains. Find the right domain and click on it. After that, check the little bubble beside Forward to email address. This is the address that will receive the emails, so put in the address you want. Click the add forwarder button at the bottom of the screen, and you're done. If you want to forward more email addresses, just go through the steps again and put a different email address in the address to forward box.
