Step1: Advertising
Prospective candidates are notified by the means of advertisement in the newspapers, online portals and other networking sources.
Step2: Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Prospective candidates submit their EOI by mailing their resumes or giving a call, which means that they are interested in the deal. This step involves gaining concern from a number of candidates who are later shortlisted as per the requirement and suitability.
Step3: Candidate Brief
The recruitment agency refers through the resumes in which they check out the persons experience, project background, previous companys structure, skills, talent, education, expected salary, etc.
Step4: Initial Short listing

Step8: Evaluation

Step9: Recommendation
Candidate selection report is prepared along with the contract. They are then referred to the legal branch for approval. After undergoing all this process, the candidate signs the contract.
Step10: Appointment
Candidate engagement package is prepared and he/she is referred to the companys concerned executive for approval by the recruitment agency.
