In a b school communication study plays a key role in professionalism that directs

some points like verbal communication, non verbal communication, formal and informal communication. Organizations usually offer a variety of different professional programs, which a person will choose based on the field that the student would like to specialize in once he or she graduates. Schools environment may operate as a certain entity or may be available within another school. They include schools of businesses, in college administration, and management. Most of the university are faculties, colleges or departments within the university, and teach predominantly business courses. Some professional schools center teaches with the use of case studies (i.e. the case method). Case studies have been used in graduate and undergraduate based education for nearly one hundred years. Administration and management cases are historical descriptions of actual business situations. Typically, information is presented about a organization firm's products, markets, competition, financial structure, sales volumes, management, employees and other factors affecting the firm's success. The length of a case study may range from two or three pages to 30 pages, or more. Students are expected to scrutinize the case study and prepare to discuss strategies and tactics that the firm should employ in the future. Three different methods have been used these case teaching: Prepared case-specific questions to be answered by the student. This is used with short cases intended for undergraduate students. The underlying concept is that such students need specific guidance to be able to analyze case studies.

A strategic planning model is provided and students are instructed to apply the steps of the model to six to a dozen cases during a semester. This is sufficient to develop their ability to analyze a complex situation, generate a variety of possible strategies and to select the best ones. This approach does not make any extraordinary demands on the artistic and dramatic talents of the teacher. Consequently most professors are capable of supervising application of this method. Of course the professors could not present these cases as practices to be emulated because there were no criteria available for determining what would succeed and what would not succeed. So the professors instructed their students to read the cases and to come to class prepared to discuss the cases and to offer recommendations for appropriate courses of action. The basic outlines of this method are still present curriculum today. First, a mentor suggested that I might enjoy strategy consulting and offered to share my resume with a recruiter. I was certainly not a traditional applicant. Having graduated in 2003, I was older than the typical entry-level associate and would need an MBA to apply as a consultant. But I was keen to explore a different career option, and I jumped at the chance when the firm invited me to interview.

While I didn't get an offer, I loved the experience. I particularly enjoyed studying for the case interviews and I immediately wanted to master that way of thinking, that clean method of attacking a real problem. "Hey," I thought, "isn't that what business school teaches you?" Happily, I also discovered that strategy consulting is my kind of brain candy and that a top-tier MBA would make me a much more competitive candidate at the best strategy firms. Various factors are here contributed to the "right" direction to pursue an business degree, you can start to feel that your skill set is limited and that you want to do more, but can't brush-up your existing skills without further training or broadening "You might be asked to take on things (at work) that require more skill than you have, or you might start managing or leading people." As you do these things, it may become obvious that you need to add to your toolbox. "When you feel like you have hit a point in your career where it makes sense to make an investment in yourself to get to the next level" you've hit a reflection period where an MBA/MIB/PGDM or a professional course makes sense. So we can say when we go for higher study in business school there are some point that directs a professional way, points are timely completion of course, timely revision, ample amount of practice numerical questions, right amount of theory preparation in practical subjects, selection of right books, good presentation of theory, The upside is pretty darn appealing. Your knowledge will soar, employers will vie for your attention, and you can expect a major boost in salary. But be warned its not a walk in the park. Pursuing your MBA takes a ton of dedication and money and create a perfect direction through which a aspirants can take a decision for own professionalism for bright career.
