Melodea:Melodea. I live in Torrance, California.

Melodea:I had an adjustable.

Melodea:I believe she was in my area at that time doing short sell. I just ran into her and started asking her questions.

Melodea:Much better. She was really informative and she answered the questions that I had no understanding of in regards to short sell.
Program 3648:Okay. Melodea, I know sometimes the short sell process can be long and cumbersome. How was your experience working with Ms. Johnson?
Melodea:She was wonderful. It was long and cumbersome and its not because of her. She basically she did a lot to get it to where she was finally able to get an approval to do a short sell so she did a lot of [calling] and calling and on hold.
Program 3648:Okay. Tell me, what were some of the things that were done to help relieve the stress of your situation?
Melodea:She basically took it over and I basically sat on the side while she did all the legwork basically. I didnt have to Prior to meeting her, I did internet search. I tried to understand what the short sell process was and trying to call First Franklin to get somewhere and I didnt get anywhere until I finally met Sharon.
Program 3648:What did you like most about working with Ms. Johnson and the work that she did for you?
Melodea:She was on top of things. She was totally on top of everything and it made it a lot smoother process.
Program 3648:Okay. There are a lot of foreclosure scams out there and they charge homeowners money and they dont provide any help.
