Human Resource management deals with the organization of manpower in a correct way

to enhance the productivity by increasing efficiency of the employees. This means, putting the right persons on the right job as per the experience, qualifications, ability and commitment to a particular work. Through this we can get the maximum talent from an employee.

Project Human Resource Management includes the process that organizes, manage and lead the project team. The main thing in Human Resource Management is that each and every Project team members should have clear assignment of their roles and responsibility to avoid any uncertainty.

There are four Project Human Resource Management processes as:

Develop human resource plan-identify and document project roles, responsibility, create staffing management plan and report relationship.

Acquire project team-Confirm human resource ability and obtain the team necessary to complete project assignment.

Develop project team-improve the competencies, team interaction, and overall team environment to enhance project performance.

Manage project team-track performance, provide feedback, resolve issue and manage changes to optimize the performance.

The human resource management is increasing very rapidly & each sector of human activity is realizing its significance in the smooth performance of the company. Modern techniques are developed to progress the work culture, so that the staffs are motivated to contribute their best to the employer. There is tough fight everywhere to survive and for this one have to adopt the changes and the latest human resources practices. So it is very important to implement the modern human resource practices in the organization.
