Hence, the prom committee is doing their utmost effort to give the students the most enchanting night of their lives. Prom decorations are one of the most crucial parts in planning a prom. This dictates the over all ambiance and quality of the party. Here are some of the most common yet exquisite decorations on various themes that you can add on to your prom for a successful party.

1. Stars Event Theme

Stars are considered very romantic and dream like. This is a perfect theme especially for couples who are planning to go "officially it" on that fateful night. The starry adornment of the decors would add more to the quixotic feelings of lovers. You can have a big, shiny star as your archway and adjoin sparkly moons and other celestial bodies with it as an added bonus. Moreover, balloons to be used may be in shapes of stars and moons. The materials to be used may be very glittery and shiny to add glamour and elegance to the theme.

2. Casino Event Theme

Sometimes, proms are considered a girl thing due to its girly and shimmery decors. But with a casino theme, even guys would fit perfectly into it. You can design the entrance with an arch that says "Welcome to Vegas." Also, archways may be patterned from roulette or a slot machine. You can also add in giant playing cards around the place that would definitely thrill the guys. In addition to that, try balloons that come in the cards shapes (spades, flower, hearts and diamonds). It would definitely be a fun night for both boys and girls alike.

3. Hollywood Event Theme

Since Hollywood is the home of stars, expect a lot of different stars in your prom decoration, the literal shape of the star as well as the human stars that we gaze upon and admire. Also, red carpets are one of the representations of Hollywood. Place it by the entrance and give the students the feeling of fame in a few minutes. If you don't like red carpets, then have walks of fame as your pathway on the entrance.

4. Paris Event Theme

Bring the City of Lights in your own prom by decorating it with a lot of captivating lights and various sidewalk cafeterias that will make the city very lively. In addition to that, you can have their famous landmark right there in the background. You can even use an imitation of Arc de Triomphe as your archway where couples may take their adoring pictures together. Whereas, the Eiffel Tower may serve as your centerpiece both in the middle of the venue and also at the middle of each tables.

Whatever design you choose, make sure that it would be fun and modish.
