They can be found in their pockets, their bags, their bedrooms, their friend's bedroomsbottom line: they go anywhere just because they are too handy and they cannot be found in trash bins because they are too valuable for the fans. Now, say for example that your download cards are in your fan's car, and his friends get so bored with the ride that they check out his stuff. They would then see your download cards they'd ask him if you're any good, and that the download cards are awesome. You see? Download cards can really help promote your band.

Another way that it can promote your music is by giving download cards for free. Yes, you may spend a few dollars but the return would be definitely worth it. You can have your download cards customized in such a way that your production cost per piece would be lower so that you can give your download cards to more people. You can put the download cards in the bathrooms of certain schools, you can also place them in your booth in exchange for email addressesit's up to you.

You can also promote your music to fellow musicians thru download cards. You just carry it with you every time you have gigs, every time you go to bars just to drink, every time you go to the mall, to the park-in other words everywhere. We really cannot tell who we can bump into on a regular day so better be prepared with a download card so you can just hand it over to a fellow musician, an agent, or a friend from the press who can help.
