In order to promote cardiovascular health, you need to do several things.


Include workout in your regular program:

Try swimming, walking, and other physical activities you love to do. Regular reasonable workout can help you control a healthy weight, decrease the level of blood vessel stiffening and lower high blood pressure.

Healthy dieting:

On the other hand, muscles usually lose intensity and plasticity, and you may become less aligned and find it difficult balancing.

You can do several things to intensify bone, joints and muscle.

Get calcium:

In order to have good bone, joints and muscle health, you need to take enough amounts of calcium. Adults between 20 to 51 and men between 52 to 70 must get 1,000 mg of calcium each day. On the other hand, women age 51 and older men age 71 must have 1,200 mg of calcium per day. Foods containing calcium include dairy products, broccoli, almonds, kale, sardines, canned salmon with bones and soy products. If it is tough to have adequate calcium, you can ask your physician.

Workouts:

Weight bearing physical activity such as walking, running, jogging, playing tennis and climbing stairs can help you strengthen bones and slow the bone loss.

Abstain from smoking

You should stay away from smoking. Do not drink more than two drinks per day.

If you want to stay healthy with age, you need to maintain your health.
