After a boom in properties in Gurgaon, it is but natural that there is an increase of property dealers and housing companies in Gurgaon. Gurgaon property deals done in the commercial sectors are mainly based on leasing of space. A 28000 square ft space is being leased by HSBC bank at the regent square. It is one of the hottest Gurgaon properties. About 25000 square ft. of space has been leased by a telecom service sector at the famous Unitech Cyber Park.

Gurgaon, with its strategic location near the national capital Delhi and the Indira Gandhi International airport has become an important outsourcing center and a center for non-polluting industries of high technology. It is now recognized worldwide as a destination for IT and ITES.

Most MNCs operating in India have their offices in Gurgaon. Maruti Udyog, India's largest car manufacturers and Hero Honda have also set up their plants there. This, coupled with the influx of skilled and educated professionals in large numbers, has led to strong demand for commercial and residential property in the city.

With the proposed subway on the Gurgaon-Delhi line scheduled to be ready for 2012, real estate in the city is very pleased. The real estate market in the city is on an all time high as there is an increase in foreign direct investment and low interest rates for the home loans along with the rise in the stock market.

Rental properties in Gurgaon

Renting properties in the cityis considered as a better option as compared to buying it. This is a common practice nowadays by various sectors and multinational firms. Leasing or renting a property gives very impressive and profitable returns. Properties in the city and its capital value are increasing day by day in the past few years. There is a vast difference between the capital value of the property and the rental rates in Gurgaon. The capital value of the property is Rs 14000 to Rs 15000 per square ft whereas the rentals in Gurgaon range from Rs 100 to Rs 125 per square ft.

Gurgaon rental rates are reasonable and the properties in the city are on a great rise due to the highly increasing population in the city.
