This way, if there is anything that you do not agree with initially, you can always ask to have it re-evaluated by the estate agency or someone else. This is a very important part of your tenancy agreement and cannot be brushed to one side. Sorting this out correctly from the start ensures that there are no major hiccups later on in your tenancy.
