There are almost no such professions with only pros and no cons

. And it is no wonder because even the lifespan is programmed in a way where good and evil are in constant fight with each other. This fact makes the life and endless process in the Universe.

If in the beginning of the article the question of good and evil fight was touched, it would be reasonable enough to estimate all pros and cons of a profession connected with fight, risk and lifesaving. The occupation of firefighter is a good confirmation to the theory mentioned above.

Pros of a profession of firefighter

Hearing the word firefighter, we imagine a brave, courageous person whose mission is almost saint and impossible: to save human lives from the fire. Such aspects as brotherhood, public admiration, sense of pride for the fulfilled obligations, the recognition of ones importance to change someones life, potential for personal advancement belong to philosophy-psychological evaluation of this profession rather than material.

Cons of a profession of firefighter

The cons named by numeral firefighters seem to be more serious than mentioned above pros. Low payment, impossibility to see family by entire hours, hard work with high level of danger, constant dealing with death, the risk not to come back from disaster, psychological traumas, obtained by viewing the horrible scenes, all those factors are the key factors while defining this profession as one of the most dangerous.

Dilemma

The most disputable and illogic moment here is the following: why knowing all the cons and harmful conditions of this profession, lots of men throw themselves into fire over and over again? In spite of a complex question, the answer is very simple. Not always material welfare is the basis of human existence.

Seeing the tears of joy in the eyes of saved children and grown-ups, hearing the grateful words and watching the happy smiles of so-called new-born human creatures, this is worth everyday risk and fight against danger.
