and its subscribers of Prospect Research Online (PRO) that it continues to maintain its relationship with NOZA, the world's largest searchable database of charitable gifts. The ability to perform single searches and all other related functions of NOZA's database continues to remain available to subscribers of PRO.

iWave has received many inquiries since NOZA recently announced on its website that "NOZA will no longer be available for single or online searches on any Blackbaud products (including Wealthpoint, The Researcher's Edge, wealthpoint.com, ResearchPoint, and PIN products) effective January 1st, 2010".

"We felt that it was important to advise the nonprofit community that we continue to maintain our relationship with NOZA and that subscribers of Prospect Research Online will continue to have access to the NOZA database of over 45 million philanthropic giving records," stated company President Mark McLane. "We value our partnerships with all of our data partners and we have enjoyed being able to provide NOZA data to our subscribers since 2006. The subtraction of NOZA from two major data providers over the past 6 months represents a significant opportunity for iWave to demonstrate to nonprofit organizations how PRO can be integral to your major gift and prospect development efforts."

In response to the number of inquiries, and the number of nonprofits who have lost access to this important charitable giving information, iWave's Director of Marketing, A.J. Pickens has also announced that iWave will be providing a free trial.
