I decided it was time to stop putting money into the pockets of the big pharmaceutical companies. The problem with the medication made by the big drug companies, is that they only treat the outward symptoms, not the root cause.

Every time these companies release a 'new' psoriasis product onto the market, they know sufferers will go and buy it because they are desperate for a cure. And do you know what?

What I found worked best for me, was addressing the root cause of the disease. That root cause is an immune system under attack from so many chemical toxins, it begins to malfunction and start over-producing skin cells. These toxins are in the polluted air we breathe, and they are in our food.

I couldn't do much about the air, so I concentrated on my food. I started eating more fresh produce instead of processed food, and went organic when possible. This, I believe, was a key element in how I used different psoriasis natural cures to finally be rid of it for good.
