Over the last twenty years, we have supplied high-quality processed PTFE / Teflon stock shapes and engineered components, including PTFE tapes, PTFE sheets, PTFE films, PTFE membranes, PTFE rods, PTFE gaskets, PTFE bushes and PTFE bridge bearings, to a broad range of customers for industrial, electronic, machine tool and infrastructure related applications. The introduction of Lubring, our proprietary filled-grade PTFE slide bearing material, helped to establish our reputation as an industry pioneer. Our PTFE and PEEK components division, staffed by highly skilled machinists, CNC programmers and CNC operators, uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology (including SolidEdge and NX CAM Express software) to ensure that our PTFE machined components attain industry-leading levels of accuracy.

Our recent move into PTFE spaghetti tubing, through our proprietary brand, FluoroTube, makes us the first manufacturer of paste-extruded PTFE tubing in India. Our state-of-the-art plant allows us to service the medical and laboratory device industries, as well as PTFE / Teflon tubing customers from the electrical, automotive and chemical industries.

We are an accredited ISO 9001-2000 system, based in a modern 20,000-sq.ft plant, offering complete design, prototype and production services. This incorporates the capacity to mould, extrude, cast and machine PTFE/Teflon components from sizes ranging from 10mm to in excess of 500mm diameters.
